I love the concept of this hotel. It's very reasonably priced, and from the way I understand it, gets even better the longer you stay. Bottom line they cut out the frills to give to the things you really need to make your stay enjoyable. Staff was very helpful and kind I wish they were in the Fort Worth area. Next time I'm in Utah I'm looking first for this hotel. Side note, smart laundry will text you when it's finished!

As a solo traveler, I found this hotel to be perfect for my needs. Simple, incredibly clean, a full modern kitchen with all new appliances including dishware, modern decor, plenty of space, easy access to nearby restaurants & gas stations. Perfect for me. I could easily stay here for several days or months if need be. The staff was friendly & talkative. Bed was comfy enough for me with lots of pillows. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that I would have liked to have had a luggage rack, but it's still a new hotel, so there's still some growing going on. I'll definitely stay here again.

We were pleased with the room and the comfort of the bed. I liked the wood type floor as it seems so much cleaner than carpet. The only thing I hated was that the walls are too thin and need more insulation. I could hear the neighbors tv and doors opening and closing. We cannot stay here again because my husband is such a light sleeper that it would make for a terrible night.

Pros: Hotel is brand new and super clean. The room was nice and big and we appreciated having the kitchen island. Cons: Kitchen in room is not stocked with dishes besides two plates, two glasses, two forks and two knives. Other kitchen ware was “available to purpose”. Isn’t the whole point of renting a hotel room with a kitchen, using the kitchen? Also there is zero seating outside, no benches, chairs or shade.

The room was new and very nice. However, even though there was a big kitchen, there was no dish soap, no paper towels, no pots or pans for cooking on the hot plate, no utensils. You could however buy pots and pans- which would be ridiculous for a 2 night stay! There was one bar of soap and just a shampoo. If they had stocked it like a regular hotel or a timeshare, it would have been so much better. They said this was all because it was an extended stay hotel.

The facility is new and it's clean, the room concept is good, the compliments end there. I just spent two weeks on the road and this was the worst night of sleep the whole trip. Everything here is so cheaply built, the walls and windows are paper thin. You could hear everything happening on the floors above and below as well as in the hallways neighboring rooms and outside. Evert footstep and slamming door echoed through the facility. You could even hear the water running through the pipes every time someone used a toilet or turned on a faucet. Skip this one!!!!

Check in was at a computer terminal just inside the front door. It was difficult to understand what the computer wanted before timing out. Once it ejected the room card, we were fine. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and room were immaculate. The parking lot signs worried me because they warned that we parked at our own risk and damage and theft to vehicles were not the worry of the establishment.

The staff was super friendly. The parking was simple and convenient. I brought my dog, and we were able to come and go as we pleased out the side door with our car parked right there. We didn't bother anyone, and nobody bothered us. The suite style rooms were very nice and helpful. The one thing I would have liked was a small coffeepot in the room, but overall great place to stay, convenient location for our cross-country trip, and very comfortable room.

It was a pleasure to stay here! Very reasonable rates, a full size fridge, dishwasher, and counter to prepare food and eat at. As far as dishes go, there was service for two. If you were going to stay here long-term, you would want to bring your own cooking supplies. There were plenty of shelves, drawers, and cupboard space. Would stay here again if opportunity arose.
