"The overall is good. We have no complaints about the hotel. However there is a beach lounge about 200m away from this hotel which plays very loud music throughout the night. If you have trouble sleeping than you should consider the city view instead of ocean view. "
"The view was absolutely beautiful. Although we did have an issue with the shower flooding our bathroom, the repair man did nothing to help us and said it was suppose to be like that, however the amazing cleaning ladies were able to help us the next day and identify the problem, took a picture to showed us (a misaligned pipe) and fixed the problem immediately. Other than that the staff was absolutely incredibly to us, always checking if we needed something or making sure we were doing alright. Also, Frank the security guard was so friendly and helpful towards us, he was so funny, always cracking jokes and just overall amazing. "
