We stayed in a cottage with a pool. The hotel pool was also relaxing, allowing us to spend some leisurely time there. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with every dish tasting great. For the spa treatment, we chose the oil stone massage. It was a soothing experience that helped relieve the fatigue from my daily work.

Relaxing resort just like the photos. nice swimming pool, private beach, biking, free yoga class is a plus! super nice and helpful staff, they are attentive and checking us on whatsapp to make sure we are good and happy everyday. Breakfast is amazing and I missed the Vietnamese coffee!!! They have free shuttle bus to Hoi An too so we made a visit to the town. Love to go back again soon!

Quite a bit of bait and switch here. Be careful if you book on a Saturday night as it appears they shut most everything down to funnel you toward being more likely to pay the very high price for the Asian BBQ Buffet, which we skipped. I would strongly advise against the apartment rooms -- they're shockingly dorm like and nowhere near match the rest of the resort. The furniture needs a major upgrade and kitchen area include literally nothing where, at the very least, a coffee maker could go. While staff were nice, there were quite a bit of times where you would expect someone to ask you if you needed a menu, coffee, or towel....but you're mostly on your own. We were also not offered the opportunity to place a deposit and charge items to the room, which just felt low class. Happy Hour is good value, but the drinks felt half-strong. Breakfast was just OK. Standard to below average for the price point. The pool and beach access were a highlight. All-in-all, a disappointment. This could be a much better place. It gave us the feeling we had in Bali, but the little things and standards seem low. Choose a villa or stay somewhere else along this road that includes 100 hotels.

We had a fantastic stay at Naman and would highly recommend it. The location is ideal for exploring Da Nang and Hoi An. The shuttle is useful, although it only runs once or twice a day, so we sometimes used Grab for flexibility. Our villa was outstanding — beautifully designed, spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and luxurious sheets. Housekeeping was excellent and discreet. The private pool was lovely, with plenty of space and seating. The kitchen is more suitable for coffee and snacks as there’s no crockery or cutlery, but the large fridge/freezer and ice machine were great. The food across the restaurants was good, although expensive compared with eating outside the resort. The beach is incredible, but there aren’t enough sunbeds, particularly in the mornings. The same applies to the main pool, although the inflatables and water toys were great for the children. Service was exceptional. The staff were so friendly and our ambassador, Everlyn, was incredibly helpful. The spa was a real highlight. We had a 50-minute massage each day and every massage was fantastic — definitely don’t miss it! Breakfast was excellent, with an impressive choice. A small gym and limited sunbeds are the main areas for improvement, but overall we loved our stay, these didn’t hinder the experience and we would definitely return.

Traveller from the USA. We had a wonderful stay at Naman Retreat. We booked one of the room with private pool. It is located about midway between Hoi An and Da Nang Center. It is very quiet. The Staff was excellent. We had a dedicated stay ambassador which we could contact at any time for assistance. Breakfast was included and while I was not aware it was when I did my booking I'm glad it was. It allowed us to enjoy Vietnamese Food as well as Korean and typical continental breakfast. I would definitively recommend booking the breakfast. We enjoyed private massages Bamboo, Swedish and Hot Stones. As far as transportation, we book a private driver for some of our excursions and used the Grab App for the rest. It was very inexpensive. The Resort had a chauffeur taking us back to the Airport. We would definitively go back there if the occasion arise.
