"All of the staff were friendly: front desk, cleaning crew and breakfast prep. They were able to accommodate early arrival and my room preferences. The room, including bathroom, furniture and bedding all clean and fresh. The breakfast had a good selection. The waffles were delicious but the coffee was weak. The parking lot was well lit for safety. Great location near highway, but was not too noisy. "

"This hotel was brilliant. We booked the room for the fact that it had rooms with 2 double beds as well as a pull out couch all of which were used. They offer food at night (pay) and free breakfast in the morning- everything was very clean and the staff were exceedingly nice"

"Great hotel. Close to Vystar. The staff was excellent. Nice rooms. Bathrooms could use updating but were clean and spacious. Beds were ok. The only bad aspect was the parking: getting luggage into the rooms was a total hassle. The parking garage ($) requires you to walk up stairs with your luggage. The only other option to avoid this is valet, which is obviously more expensive. Parking should be complimentary, especially since it is so difficult to navigate. Otherwise, the hotel has a great restaurant, bar, and coffee shop in the lobby, The staff was friendly and went all out to embrace the local concert (Phish). Would absolutely stay here again."
