If you want to see a show while you're in town, try and grab some tickets at Olympus Hall in Gangnam-gu. Why not take a stroll along the riverfront and watch the sunset while you're here? It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. If you enjoy the show and want to see another, Charlotte Theater, Seoul Arts Center, and AX-Korea are not far.
Nicely located in Gangnam a few blocks from Seolleung Station. Many food options just across the street. Hotel also has a Vegan cafe on site. Room (double twin) was sizable and beds comfortable. Easy to book a massage in the spa. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. We spoke little Korean and had no issues conveying our needs. Would stay again.
The hotel is located in prime location of Gangnam district, but includes little bit of walking from nearby subway station. It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else.
Flew in from Texas for a week long trip to see all the sights. Check in was super quick and they speak English/very kind. No deposit required. Moment I get into the room was impressed. I was in Seoul 3 weeks prior in Hongdae, and while I enjoyed my stay there, the Aloft Seoul Gangnam hotel was like a breath of fresh air so to speak and made my last 2 weeks enjoyable and comfortable. The front desk staff was really nice and helpful, and since I unfortunately dont know much Korean, their proficiency in English was extremely helpful and appreciated (I understand how difficult it is to learn a new language other than your native one, so regardless of proficiency, I am grateful)...

The only complaint is the complimentary breakfast. It was almost the same for the entire week with very basic selections(toast and some reheated frozen food-korean sausage, patty. Coffee machine was broken all the time so the staff had to use drip coffee pod.
Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Korea so far. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent, and the room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. 10/10 highly recommend!
There is a luggage storage service available before check-in time or after checkout, free of charge. The rooms are kept clean and peaceful, and the Korean front desk staff can communicate in English. The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to the subway and many markets and tourist sights are within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would go back there!
We loved this hotel! My friend and I stayed for two weeks and felt very safe during our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the window view was amazing! The room was a quiet which we appreciated. We loved the Christmas decorations which made the hotel look beautiful.
