It was a great vacation for our family. We really enjoyed the location, water slides, and multiple pools. We had a family suite with a private pool and it was great to swim at anytime. The al carte restaurants were outstanding. We didn't have high expectations for buffet style meals but they were great as well. The only suggestion would be glass for quests to take away from the bar. I understand the need to protect the pool surfaces so this probably isn't possible, but had to provide...
It was an amazing experience at the resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and beach.
A few small improvements would make the experience even more consistent with a five-star hotel: adding extra towel or robe hooks in the shower area, installing a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and providing a capsule coffee machine in the room.

This is a really nice hotel for the price. The location is probably 30 mins away from the 2 best beaches on the island. Not to mention the location is also by a beach that has some great waves and even a soccer stadium with a track. It's also by some good resturants. breakfast in the morning was amazing and staff was super nice. Definitely give it a try. Oh and there are cats all over the place outside of the hotel that the hotel helps feed, pretty cool just watching cats come and go haha.

It had two separate beds, one next to another, two bedside lamps, wardrobe, desk with two chairs, mirrror and little fridge. We visited the Resort off season (mid-october) and did not reap its benefits. The resort located in Agia Marina (15km from Chania Town). The resort is split into two sections (across the road) and connected via overpass. The section closer to the beach has rooms with individual swimming pools, separate breakfast buffet, underground parking lot with elevator. The section across the road has much larger buffet, all hotel services such as concierge, spa, shops, conference rooms, hotel rooms... Both...
The room was cleaned daily and felt safe. Great location. Only 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes to Old Town Chania.

If there's anything that needs improvement, it would be the size of the bathroom. Way too tight. We are medium built yet you hit the walls or even the shower fixtures while in it.
We had an excellent stay at Eden Beach Hotel. The staff was fabulous. They helped us figure out which adventures to do to maximize our short time in the area. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the beach was very nice. I hope to stay there again.
We can only recommend Theos Village very highly. My partner and I stayed for a few nights. We felt like the family were treating us like family. There wasn’t anything we missed. The food and drinks were delicious, the pool was great in the afternoon after the beach, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. We will miss Jotta’s stories, Alex’s drinks and Michael’s excellent coffee. We will definitely be back. :-)
When I say this hotel is a five star experience, it even feels like an understatement. From the staff to the view and the idyllic environment, The Theodore is perfection. I hesitate to even write a review because I worry it will get overrun with tourists, but not writing it would be a disservice to the hotel. It’s beyond expectations. A perfect place for a quiet beach stay.

Great food with variety, friendly staff, rooms are VERY clean which is very important to me, also the entire hotel and pool are very well maintained, very calm and secluded 15 minutes drive from Chania, the beach that the hotel uses are 5 minutes walk on a small road, but still feels private, its an open sea not a marine
The staff was more than welcoming and our room with the hot tub on the balcony really put this place over the top! The breakfast buffet served daily was delicious and it was a perfect location for taking day trips in the rental car! We would definitely stay here again!!
This is a beautiful and modern hotel directly across from the sea (two beaches right across the street). I stayed in the luxury suites and had a great experience. The infinity pool is beautiful and overlooks the sea (you also overlook the road, which is unavoidable). Unlike other hotels I have stayed in Crete, the poolside bar remains open late into the evening even after the pool is closed to swimming and the cocktails are good.
