Fast and easy checkin/out. Staff was extremely helpful and prompt. The free breakfast was great. Plenty of parking available. Neighbourhood was quiet and secure.

Staff is always helpful. The jacuzzi sometimes tends to have issues with the jets.

We spent 5 nights at the Quality Inn. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Free parking and no resort fees are a huge plus!! Check-in was easy. Desk clerk Andre did an excellent job. We have had previous contacts with Andre with other reservations. He demonstrates excellent customer service skills. College Inn Hotel is exactly what it claims to be. There were no surprises for us. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the fresh air with open windows at night was perfect. We never encountered anyone in the bathroom and enjoyed having our own sink, towels, and blow dryer in bedroom. The location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

When driving in it looked kind of old but the hotel was nice ! Regina at the front desk was so nice and helpful! Awesome energy and very welcoming . Hotel free breakfast was good! Great location! The restaurant across the street was really good too. Was here for two nights and three days! I would stay again .

Hotel itself is great. Unfortunately, there are many homeless people in the immediate neighborhood.

The room was very nice and big. You could see the Space Needle from the window. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The only downside was the room was not ready at check in time.

One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back.

When in Belltown, this is the only place we stay at. What a gem this hotel is. The location can’t be beat, you are literally walking-minutes away from everything you will want to do in Seattle. The neighborhood is awesome, we love Belltown, so many great places and live music. There are a few people that denigrate Seattle for the homeless situation, but it’s not any different than any other major metro area. Its cozy and peaceful environment, parking was not the best.. had to walk far to get back inside the hotel. Overall its great stay.
