"Staff were lovely, the room was large and very nice. The piazza in front could use some work and sprucing up. The chains in front were a hazard. Get rid of or make more obvious. Larger chain painted white?? "

At first glance, the bathroom seemed fine, but on closer inspection there were some issues, such as water leaking onto the floor and dripping from the water heater. Overall, it did not feel very professionally finished.
That said, this did not ruin the great experience we had in Naples or the feeling of being right in the middle of everything. If you don’t mind some noise in the evening and at night from people going out and nearby bars and restaurants, Il Tesoro is a great place to stay."
