The location of It's Room Naples is right in the heart of the old quarter of Naples. Many great restaurants, shops and sites are within walking distance but if you are arriving by car, the surrounding streets are very narrow and not always accessible. Be advised that there is not always a staff member on site but they are available by WhatsApp and email. The only complaint is that the wifi is very slow. Otherwise, great stay.

8/10 Very good

Our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed how close the property was to food and shopping. If you have a rental car, you will find parking to be a challenge. The property is somewhat difficult to locate. Just look for the building number rather than signage. Our mini- fridge stated that we were welcome to drinks inside but found we’re none given. All in all a fun stay but there were a few small issues.

The room seemed brand new and was large. The location was right in the middle of all the pedestrian only streets. Elevator access to the room. The pillows were very thin - would have been nice to have a thicker pillow in addition to the thin ones. There is no staff onsite but they are accessible by WhatsApp and email for questions. Safe room/building with multiple coded-access doors to get through.

Beautiful, clean convenient ( walkable). Friendly staff. Great place to stay in the heart of Napoli

6/10 Good

The location is top notch and they have done a great job decorating. However, the bed was hard and the pillows flat. But the major impact was another guest walking into our room in the middle of the night. When we told the staff about it the next day, they said it was a known problem and blamed us for not shutting the door hard enough - an apology was what was needed. Still a nice place to stay though.

Good location in the historical part and lots to see and do within easy walking, room was cool and bathroom nice, felt safe and secure, lift was great as on the 4th floor for the cases. I would recommend as very reasonable price paid too

This was a great little place to stay an awesome location. Wondering all the little streets right out the door and lots of good food. I would definitely stay here again.

8/10 Very good

This property was in an excellent location, right in the middle of the central zone. Even in the midst of the Napoli chaos (which I love) and vibrant nightlife, it was quiet and a safe area with a gate/code entry system. The room had air conditioning, comfortable bed/pillows and a good shower. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Clean room, good communication by staff, reasonable rate, a little difficult to get to because of its location in Spanacopoli. But we were warned in advance.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by It’s Room Naples. The only issue I experienced was at checkin,. We arrived at 10:00 AM, when someone was supposed to be there, but no one showed up. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes before someone sent us the code so we could leave our luggage and get on with our day. That small inconvenience aside, the room itself exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I honestly wish I could have stayed there longer. It’s truly a hidden gem, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

If you are coming to Naples, this is an amazing place to stay. The room was lovely as well as the service. It’s located in the perfect area for you to go an explore Naples, a short walk to the port and despite its location it’s very quiet in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again.

Our accommodations were perfect, great location, the staff was very responsive to any questions we had. Our room was on the smaller side, but worked for 2 nights, it was clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary mini bar was very nice. The location of apartment was also perfect, easy to walk to most areas that we wanted to visit.
