Wonderful, tastefully updated property. No detail has been overlooked. Host is very friendly, although a bit too much though. He was very kind, but some people just prefer to be left alone.

Excellent modern property. Not real easy to get to reception area if you’re driving. A bit confusing when you pull up and it’s a busy corner to be confused.

I greatly appreciate how close this hotel was to the city center and how walkable everything felt. Very exciting to be so close to the river and Jesus Green as well! Room was very spacious; however, the bathroom was quite small. Good place to spend the night if you are mostly planning on exploring the city/neighboring areas.

Cute little stay with lovely rooms. Nothing too extra but not missing anything either. Staff was very cheerful and a pleasant conversationalist.

Very comfortable, clean, updated B&B in a beautiful small village just a few miles from Cambridge. Very welcoming owner and great made-to-order breakfasts. Definitely recommend.

Nice place to stay

Check in was a breeze. Room was immaculately clean. Double bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were very attentive. Breakfast offerings were about average for a hotel. Dining menu was limited, but presented well. Dining staff was shorthanded as all restaurants or hotels seem to be these days, but were very attentive to requests. If you are renting a car to hotel, be prepared to stay in public parking garage around the corner about a two minute walk from hotel. We used Uber to get to local...

Hosts were very welcoming. Room and bath very good. Only negative was the driveway/parking which was rather tight.

Lovely stay as always

Staff were lovely and accommodating when I asked for a quieter room than the one I was originally assigned. Rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable.

We like the location as we can park at north station (for a fee - £16 for the weekend) which is right next to the hotel, and jump on the train into the city centre. Well maintained, new hotel, with spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. Nice staff. Small pool, gym, and sauna (which can get busy) and a really good breakfast buffet. Will return, outside of school holidays to make better use of the wellness facilities.

Absolutely fabulous, wonderful people and accommodation. If you are looking for a romantic getaway in beautiful surroundings this is the place! So near to Ely too for great restaurants and shopping

Our experience at Rosebarne was nothing short of wonderful! The hosts are so kind and it was extremely homey. Breakfast was delicious and it was immaculately clean. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Fantastic location, an excellent example of upgrading a historic property, and a spacious room with a kitchenette. Managing the lights going on and off was tricky at first, but we got it sorted.

Beautiful hotel, well maintained grounds and very helpful staff, specially Charles. Very close to all tourist attractions, shopping and dining. Comfortable rooms and in-room amenities. Great breakfast variety and taste. Look forward to come back.
