It was reasonable price the staff were really friendly good location good parking nice breakfast the hotel is very rundown and not very clean

Good location and parking. Nice room and comfortable bed. Room amenities were very good. My only gripe is there was a Q tip on top of the toilet and it was covered in somebody's ear wax. The room could have been given a better clean. The breakfast was lovely.

Warm welcome from friendly staff, private parking, spotless bathroom with good size white towels and comfortable bed. Decent breakfast including cereals, cakes and cooked. Building itself needs a lick of paint and some updating.

Hotel with parking a 15/ 20 minute walk through a park into the centre of Cambridge, on a fairly busy road but plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, staff friendly, hotel is due for refurbishment , lots of stairs so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues

The Ashley is good value for money, as such I was bordering on giving it an “excellent” rating, but it’s beginning to look very slightly tired in places. However don’t take this comment as a major criticism, it’s clean, it’s very close to town with a short walk over the footbridge and Jesus Green. We’ve been using the Ashley and its sister hotel The Arundel for 35 years during our jaunts to Cambridge and happy to continue doing so. A major plus at the Ashley is free parking and they’re thankfully flexible if you want to make the best of your last morning by leaving the car a short time after checking out.
