Hotels in Waimanalo Beach

They treated us like royalty. Private, beautiful, wish we could have stayed longer. The way the resort is set up its as though the beach is private, even though all public beaches in Hawaii are public. All of the staff knew my name, even those I hadn't talked to. All of the staff was great. The manager of Hoku's was the best.

The location and ocean were nice. It was very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean and you didn't know if guests were next door or in the hall. The towels, yes the towels, were very absorbant and soaked up the water on your skin. (Important factor for me) Room size was smaller than expected but I didnt go there to stay in the hotel and the beds were comfortable. Spa services were amazing. Parking was simple. I loved the staff and environment, I always go for a boutique style hotel to support the small businesses and I thought it was amazing. And a really good price also. To whoever is in these reviews saying they wanted it to be more resort like and BS like that should have booked at a resort if they wanted all the perks. I would just say everyone should stay here when going to Oahu because the staff where so excellent.

Great location close to the beach. Great price for the area and quality. Wonderful breakfast each day. Only suggestion would be to work on the drainage for the AC units. The condensation drops from the above unit onto the unit in the room making a constant dripping noise. Great place overall.

It was quiet compared to the properties in the heart of Waikiki. The staff was super friendly.

Great stay. Easy walk to the main strip of Waikiki. Parking is steal being free and only a short two blocks away. Staff is very nice, beds comfortable. Rooms clean. My 6 yo enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again anytime.

We stayed for a whole week at this hotel with our two grandchildren and my husband, it was a great place to stay Close to the beach and shopping.

The beds we comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the bathroom had barely any counter space for my stuff and the only plug was on the far side of the toilet. Had to place my toothbrush on the toilet tank and hair dryer cord barely reached the mirror to see what your doing.

Friendly accommodating staff. 100steps away from the beach. My family loved the daily free breakfast and free filtered water.

Have stayed here often over the years but not recently until this stay, the upgrades to rooms and AC are outstanding and the whole place has been upgraded. For those coming from afar there are THREE ABC stores a phenom in Hawaii, within a few hundred yards of the Hotel meaning you could come with nothing and up to 11pm we well equipped for your stay. The unit, we stay was amazing, clean and easy to parking . Near by the wakiki beach , near by zoo, near by market. I like this place. We will come back. Thanks for make us stay safe and been good time for summer.

Wonderful little hidden gem of a hotel. Great place if you want to be slightly off the Main Street in Waikiki, but still a very close walk to everything in town including the beaches. The pool area is very nice. Staff were so friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I will definitely be back!

Great location. Only con is that it has only a splash pool but it is a great place to relax

A very nice condo to stay at in Waikiki, with designated parking in the garage (very important in a place like this). Location was great, and we had a view straight at the beach which was only a 3 minute walk away. This is also in a spot where you can walk into the bustle of Waikīkī very easily and quickly too. The building is a bit old, but is well maintained. Amenities in the condo are more than great. Some of the lent items such as beach chairs or the cooler are a bit old, but still usable....
