"The breakfast staff was a bit too strict, almost, discourteous and tried to push people out exactly at the end of the breakfast hour. I’ve never experienced that before. Not a very pleasant experience! One lady with three little children was not allowed to enter because she was a couple of minutes late."

"The check in was straight forward, lovely complimentary room upgrade to sea view & bubbly in room. This was for our wedding anniversary we spent at the hotel for stay. The staff went beyond to help us and make our stay memorable. Only downside was buffet breakfast no vegetarian sausage or rasher for vegan. So make be next time they can add that to the breakfest buffet menu."

"Room was okay. Breakfast was okay. Check in was slow, rooms not available until after 4.30. Pool is closed on a Monday morning for cleaning."

"Really surprised that epic sana was so well run. Fine dining, Uddo and Lima restaurants were all excellent. If I’d been told that fine dining was Michelin star I wouldn’t have been surprised, really top notch. The uddo japanese restaurant was also so much better than the usual sticks and sushi that are standard fare in the west, we’ve been to Japan 4 times in the last 5 years and the uddo compared well. Facilities were excellent, we chose the epic sana as my wife likes fitness classes so was well catered for. The location just above a truly beautiful beach . Our first time in albufiera and we were stunned by the beaches. We will likely return soon."

"Fantastic hotel, amazing pools… sauna/ steam room. Gym closed but due to be reopened this week. Spotless throughout, and just a fantastic break. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, something for everyone. Sangria at the bar hit the spot ;) Downloaded Bolt to get to and from the old and new town."
