Excellent Hotel I would recommend

This place amazingly Clean and modernized. I love how they give out amenities at the reception area. They even have an osen, only issue is that I needed to cover my tattoos (which is fine, I respect the culture - thankfully the reception desk gives out concealing stickers for your tattoos). I wished I could have stayed there longer

Very close walk to the ferry port for Miyajima and Hiroshima tourist attraction!

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Some spoke English very well. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with traditional Japanese dishes along with American style items including a cook to order omelette chef.

Clean room. Good breakfast . Good check in process.

We were able to check our bags early as we had gotten to the hotel before checkin. When we went to check in they had us check in through a computer system. There was someone there walking you through how to do it (so I dont see why they couldnt just check us in themselves). We got to the room and it was a decent size. Beds were comfortable and it was a nice over night stay.

spacious room with lots of amenities not seen in most Japanese hotels: washing machine, dishes and utensils, pots and pans. Very comfortable stay, definitely look for the same brand next time.

The natural hot spring was incredible after a long day of sightseeing, and having on‑site laundry was a real bonus. It made the stay even more comfortable and convenient.

This is one of those rare places that drop off towels each day regardless of whether or not you want room service. We had a decent size room with two oversized twin beds. The shower head was higher than my head, but just barely. The location was very good.There is a wonderful crab restaurant nearby. We received two card keys and there was another already in the electric slot when we entered the room.

Our first trip to Hiroshima, so obviously our first trip to this hotel. Great location, easy to walk to streetcar stops, convenience stores, Peace Center, restaurants. Hotel has a very welcoming check-in area on the 14th floor, which has a panoramic view of the downtown Hiroshima area. We enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks as we watched the sun set. The property was exquisite and the view was wonderful. Also, the breakfast was the best and the staff can't be beaten. This hotel was within close walking distance of the train station and trolley. This made navigating very easy.

While the property is 30 years old, it retains its focus on guest service. Plenty of amenities, including spa, pool, health club. Included if on club floor. Also a convenience store and wonderful service. Rooftop restaurant and other restaurants. Breakfast was included for me. I feel it was an excellent value. The location can’t be better. Walkable to Peace Memorial Museum and Atomic Bomb Dome.

Had a 2 night stay and everything went smoothly. Room was very comfortable, and the location was great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great concept- very modern. They have a shared kitchen where you can actually prepare something for yourself. It’s a pretty quick (10 min) walk to Peace Plaza. The breakfast was excellent! Our room was pretty spacious (we were in one of the rooms with the extra bed). Bathroom and amenities were nice. Wifi strong.
