10/10 Exceptional

As a tourist, the hotel enjoys an excellent location, with all important sights, shops & restaurants just a few moments walk away. Staff were superb & exceptionally helpful. Cleanliness was typically Japanese - sparkling ! Should I ever return to Hiroshima, I'd stay in the same hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Air con was pretty poor , not sure if it even worked, didn’t help with sleep on humid nights but otherwise nice hotel and very helpful polite staff

Location is convenient. We met one good front deck female staff with the name 林 probably from Taiwan. she is friendly and very helpful.

8/10 Very good

Good location. In walking distance to the most sightseeing in Hiroshima. Didn’t have much to do with the staff since both check-in and check-out was self-service. But otherwise the staff was friendly. Not that convenient washing service. The laundry room is small, the floor was very wet and there was no place to put your clean laundry.

Clean and practical room. The location of the hotel was nice, with many food options on the same street that open late. It is nice that they have bag storage area in the lobby that you can store your bags before or after check-in/checkout. There are washers and dryers available close to the lobby area that is coin operated. There is coffee machine in the lobby, and they seem to provide lemonade in the afternoons right by the coffee machine. The location was convenient, we took a bus from Hiroshima station, and the bus drops us off only a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Very easy walk to Hondori area with more shops and food options. Only about a 15-18 minute walk to at the atomic bomb dome/peace memorial Museum if you wish to visit during your stay. We did not purchase the breakfast option from the hotel so we cannot comment on that.

This hotel is in a fabulous location. We had a corner room with 2 twin beds which was quite roomy compared to other rooms we have been in during our stay in Japan. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is compact and very clean. It has got all the facilities you need. The staff is also very helpful. The hotel is at a great location - Donki is right next to it, and you can basically visit most of the tourist spots on foot, including the Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Memorial Museum (do visit these places!)

Great hotel, great service, buffet breakfast is very very good and well worth including in your visit! Fantastic location!

8/10 Very good

Great location with easy access to everywhere, about 30 mins walk from the main hiroshima station and 15 mins tops from the atomic bomb site and memorial Park, also right next to the shopping areas. Plenty of hotel amenities available in the reception area which you were free to take, but we didn't. Room was a good size fror Japan with a bed and some furniture. The furniture was a bit chipped, but room was otherwise spotless and a great place for a couple of nights. Bed was probably a bit too firm for us , but some people like a firm bed, and if that's you then it would be no trouble. Overall nice hotel, great location, would stay again on a return trip to Hiroshima!
