"Amazing! "

"Don’t stay at this hotel. They did not clean our room. Old coffee in the coffee pot. Beds not changed. I did not complain. Staff called me and told me I left an item and wanted to know how long until I came to get it. I told her we would be there in 10 minutes. My daughter went they wanted her to describe the item but we don’t know what we left. She wouldn’t show it to my daughter to identify. I called them back and she told me I had to figure out what I was missing to claim it! Really! You called me! I had three people in the room and had no way to go through all our luggage to see what we might have dropped. Ridiculous! Thieves in my mind!"

"I love this BWP! Every things were excellent. I booked the river view room upstairs. It was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The view was worth the money. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and enjoyable. John and staff were very friendly and sweet. Breakfast was next door in a family restaurant with delicious warmed good and stunning views. Although there was a railroad behind the property, but the noise did not bother us. My friend and I stayed again at the resort after we returned from Eugene for another night. FYI, there was also a delicious fish restaurant nearby."

"The place was not clean. Spiders in the room. Grout in the shower was gross. The toilet water was yellow. Did not feel safe. Had to put table up against door for safety. The front desk gentleman could not get the key to the door to work. He had to get DW40 to finally get key to work. We were worried about not being able to work getting in and out of door.This whole experience was terrible! Should have asked for money back and gone somewhere else. We were just so over it and exhausted."
