We got in late and check in was still fairly Easy We had a phone call a few days prior to ensure we understood the noone under 18 rule in bath house or pool . Which was fine as we had the room with hot tub anyway. Our room was dated but they were in the process of refreshing rooms, new flooring and furniture was being unpacked as we departed. We got a room overlooking the river and garden. The room was very nice and updated. It came with a refrigerator and microwave, which is always handy to have. Easy access to the room from the parking lot. The view was beautiful. You can ask for a non-pets room if you are severely allergic. We didn't know this, and we both have some allergies, but the room was clean and we didn't notice it at all (assuming pets had been in the room).

I was so excited to stay here. We only got one night because it was booked all other nights but MAN I FELL IN LOVE. If you're considering booking here, don't even bother reading the rest of this review until your reservation is complete.
