"We had an excellent vacation at Hotel Mosai. The staff go above and beyond! The property is so clean because there is constantly someone cleaning somewhere. The food is the best food I've had at an all-inclusive, and we only ate at the Hotel Mosai for 3 days. The one negative was the overwhelming pitch to attend a session to hear about their "other hotels," aka timeshare. I do not appreciate when I clearly decline and the pressure keeps coming. "This is a beautiful and modern property. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our butler Yuris was excellent and made our stay enjoyable.
