"The view was outstanding, even breathtaking. Staff were very friendly, evening meal was fine (good pizzas) Breakfast was poor and expensive Overall the hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. The views definitely make up for it"

"Hotel is in the actual middle of Como with lake views. Rooms are very nice. Flooring is new and bathrooms are modern marble and good size. Complimentary breakfast is elegant with tablecloths and servers with lake views. All the restaurants, cafes and shops are nearby walking distance. It ’s so convenient staying at the Palace."
