Atoq San Blas Hotel

"For our last night in Cusco we booked at the Atoq San blas for a treat. It did not disappoint. With a beautiful view over Cusco this hotel is relaxed but professional and high class. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasure, with a great selection. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom and shower were the best we had in Peru. Taxis and Uber will take you right to the door up the narrow streets. I will stay here for the entire time if I make it back to Cusco."

"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

They expedite our process and even help us on the second check in the first time The breakfast buffet has a great variety of foods, and the personal will help on any special request We had a trip to a location where luggage was limited, and they help us store a lot of our luggage’s Finally, when we came back, we had an emergency, and front desk personnel and management were able to create a solution for us"

"Staff very helpful and polite. They offer free airport collection and breakfast bags for early pick ups for tours. Location is great, only a short walk to the main square and most tours pick up from hotel. Only issues were the water wasn’t very warm on the first night and having a room that overlooks the courtyard can be very loud at times, especially on days where there is live music and you have an early start the next morning."

"We stayed 1 night after Machu. It’s a solid little hotel. Excellent location and nice room. The view outside the window was of the Fortress! Very cool! There was complementary water bottles, a hot pot and various teas in the room, which was nice. My sheets were crisp and clean but my daughter said hers were not? The beds were very comfortable. We slept with the window open and it was perfect weather. The water situation was interesting. We had to put the knobs in a precise alignment for the water to turn off completely and there was NO WATER for part of the day. The manager said it would be back on at 5:00. It seems like it’s a common occurrence. It worked out fine because we were gone from the room and it was back on when we returned. The breakfast was the usual fair. The bread everywhere in Peru is amazing. The cook made an omelette with onions at our request and it was fantastic! They were kind enough to store our luggage. Overall good experience."
