"Chose this hotel because of the brand and onsen. No real idea of location and pleasantly surprised. Quite close to a major station which was a plus. Trains and taxis supper economical. Breakfast was quite nice and pretty authentic. Free ramen in the evening was appreciated. Onsen was small but never crowded , and very appealing. Pillow was on the rock hard end however. Room as expected was snug. Staff were very friendly and attentive."

"I absolutely adored my stay at UH Flat the Seocho. I think this will be my home base if and when I return to Seoul. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful and kind. One even helped me find the airport bus stop and carried one of my luggage’s with me. I nearly cried because it can be tough finding your way as a solo female traveler. I loved the proximity to Gangnam and it’s extremely close to public transport. The area is full of great restaurants and it’s out of the craziness of the other touristy areas. The room was beautiful and had so much space a storage. I felt right at home and really appreciated the smart dryer and ample closet space. The massage chair was heaven sent after a day of walking. Room service was great as well. Highly recommended for solo travelers and couples"

"Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."
