"Rooms are in excellent condition, beds are clean and comfortable, in-room pour over coffee is a nice touch. Staff is excellent, facilities are on the small side but easy to access and excellent (gym, coin laundry). Location is superb, very close to subway line 2, and about a 15minute walk to COEX. Not in the middle of all the tourist action, but very easy to get anywhere via metro. On-site food is great as well, convenience store less than a block away. Highly recommend! "

"The room was very big for a family of 4 adults, very comfortable, it has a washing machine and a dryer. The rooms were clean, except the toilet was not, the staff responded promptly to come up to clean it. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The staff Ms Kim was very helpful, she helped to organise the taxi for us."

"A truly enjoyable stay at ENA Suite Seoul. We’ve been going back to this same hotel a few times every year . The room is spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day out. Housekeeping is impeccable — the team always does a wonderful job keeping everything neat and fresh throughout our stay. The location is also very strategic, with easy access to key areas around the city. A great choice for a comfortable and fuss-free stay in Seoul! Grateful to Daniel for rendering help on our last day of stay and offering to help us with reservations at reputable restaurants! I only wish the hotel will make an effort to remember its regular guests :)) will be back soon! "
