"I enjoyed my stay at One King West. My room was quiet and well insulated against noise, the beds were very comfortable, the space to work was well organized with a real office chair. There was a kitchenette that I did not use, but could be convenient. It was ackward to hang clothes in the kitchen, but there are drawers under the tv. The bathroom was very clean and there was good water pressure. Check in and check out were smooth and quick. Internet was a little slow, but was good enough to work. It is definitely a fantastic option for the price in downtown Toronto!"
"Everything was immaculate. The room and public spaces were so clean. Shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Everybody was so pleasant and helpful. Only negative thing was that the wi-fi wasn't powerful enough for my work, but a quick visit to the library nextdoor did the trick."
"Very well situated for events at U of T and the suite was very spacious. Kitchen was new and ok equipped but the bathroom was very dated. Large king sized bed had a very hard mattress. Window coverings also need changing. The staff was very nice and helpful but, for the price, this place needs to be spruced up!"
"Buffet breakfast was really good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Was also extremely quiet. Location of hotel was perfect for access to CN tower, Rogers Centre, patio restaurants and coffee shops. Walking distance to Eatons Center Mall. We will for sure book there again when in Toronto. 😊"
"Go next door to Loblaws for your meals because the price for the quality at this hotel really doesn't add up. $30 for a mediocre buffet breakfast?! Nope! Will never do that again. But the beds were comfortable. Room was noisy with lots of sirens outside all night."
"Clean room, convenient location to the train station as that's how we arrived to Toronto. Our room was comfortable but small, but not a problem for us as we knew that going on. If you're used to European hotels, it's similar. Love the quirky, colorful artwork in the rooms and hotel! And loved the book in the room by a Canadian author."
