"Overall stay was as advertised. One thing to understand, if you valet it’s $40/day. If you have an extra large truck like I do, they park it 10ft from the valet and still charge you $40/day to walk and get your own truck….."

"Front desk had an insane attitude , when we asked for a safe she said there isn’t one safe in the whole hotel, when we asked if we could upgrade she said no you can get another room exactly the same price and condition as your current room. We asked if she was sure ask there were better rooms and were willing to pay she said trust me I work here I know more than you. She yelled at hung up on Expedia customer support twice. We had no safe, no cleanliness , the pipes in the toilet ran the entire night. THIS IS NO WAY A FOUR STAR HOTEL, more like a motel or a 2 star hotel. Everything is so old in the room even the iron doesn’t work. The shower curtain was moldy as well. They are charging similar prices to what’s around which is straight robbery. Would not recommend if you are expecting a somewhat classy stay "

"There aren't enough luggage carts. My sister was traveling with a large oxygen machine plus our bags and cases. Management at the desk said sometimes guests keep the luggage carts. I mean how selfish can you be. I suggested a sign needs to be posted to return luggage racks to the foyer on Reception level. "
