"I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. I did, however,...

"Stayed one night before a cruise out of the port in Civitavecchia. My family booked three rooms and we all had a good experience. Nicole at the front desk checked us in, booked our transporation, and served us breakfast. She is wonderful and very helpful, all with a smile. Our stay could not have been more perfect, in large part due to Nicole's hospitality. Highly recommend a stay here. I would like have liked to stay more than one night and explore the town and beaches."

"The staff was really nice gave us ideas of things to do. Made us feel like family. The dinner was good. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat. The room was spacious and very clean. They have plenty of parking. Finding it was not the easiest but GPS will get you there. "

"The staff were very helpful and thoughtful! Our room was very clean, the bed and linens were very comfortable. It is the perfect place to go if cruising the next day. We also had a lovely light dinner at the Palazzo and it was very good! There was a café, literally down the road for an authentic quick coffee and pastry before heading out to the port. We would absolutely stay there again."

"We stayed overnight here prior to a cruise ship departure the next morning. Great location, close proximity to the train station and the cruise port. We walked down to the beach area and had a really nice early dinner, there are a few bars and restaurants to choose from. Pro tip: go to the supermarket on the corner and grab some beer or maybe wine and cheese, take your goodies to the lounge and catch the sunset over the Mediterranean. Epic! "Stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. They offer a shuttle service for 5 euro per person. Room very big, quite old fashioned but clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast included and a mix of breads, croissants, ham cheeses, yogurt, cereal and a few hot items. Roughly 15 minute walk to the old town area."

"We stayed here as we were getting on a cruise the next day. It was very well located to restaurants and close to the port. The room was big and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some parts of the guest areas could do with a revamp like the hallways. It was perfect for just the one night prior to our cruise."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Convento. We had a very good night sleep, it was nice and quiet, with fresh air. Plenty of breakfast. The library is amazing, so many books to choose from. We will definitely return. Marta was very helpful and friendly. There is free parking 1 min away from the entrance. "
