"This hotel was perfect for our needs. We needed a place to stay in Civitavevchia prior to our cruise. It is perfectly situated on the waterfront and close to numerous restaurants and other attractions. The property seemed a bit dated but very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was great."

"Hotel is about 17 minute walk to cruise port. When asked about a transfer the day before we were quoted 15 Euro/person for a shuttle. The next morning the gal at the front desk said that uber and taxi could be unreliable but they could arrange a private transfer for us for $80 euro. We said we would just walk and took our luggage. They never mention a few minutes away was a free shuttle service that takes you directly to the cruise ships. We used this option but with no help from the staff. Would have been nice for them to give us the option!!"

"The room are clean, the neighborhood quite got a lot for vacation like view on the beach, port , some minutes to Santa Marinella train station by driving , next to the main gym. The staff welcoming and really open for some requests like I checked out late. But one the future they need to provides shuttle pick up from the train station to the hotel because local bus transport taking to much time. But you can use a taxi"

"We had a wonderful stay overall! The position of the hotel right across from the ocean was incredible—you couldn't ask for a better location for a coastal getaway in Italy. ​The only real issue we encountered was the parking situation. Parking nearby was quite inconvenient because we had to pay daily at the meter, and the expiration times meant waking up early to avoid a fine. It would be extremely helpful if the management provided guest parking permits or daily passes (even for an added fee) so guests don't have to worry about timed meters during their vacation."
