"Breakfast was very minimal. No plates. No OJ"

"Long lines at the front desk on both days of our stay. Housekeeping never showed up to clean our room, despite being requested. And we returned the first evening to find the bathroom floor flooded into the hallway. Upon contacting the front desk, I was asked what we had done to cause the flooding. Then we were told that we would have to move ourselves to another room as the staff was too busy. The next room was a handicapped room. The shower handle came off in my hand the next morning. Management was not available and the staff appears to be beleaguered and overwhelmed. "

Debra, Dakita and the kitchen staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to make sure that our check in was prompt and smooth. They were very professional, courteous friendly and knowledgeable of the Marriott. They set up my rewards account. Now the breakfast was southern comfort food, the kitchen staff, I have no words and I mean that, he was so pleasant and such a delight to my morning."
