Ideal location of this hotel for being really close to the center of Rapallo , really nice selection for breakfast Wilford at this location great experience
What a unique property! We loved the character of the palace. The decor was really cool. The staff was excellent, great food and cocktails. I enjoyed the Vespar in the bar. Much better to stay here than in or closer to Porto Fino.
My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Astoria for 6 nights in March. Overall, it is one of the very best hotels I have stayed in over many years of traveling -- solid, classy, very well-located building; comfortable room with a view of the Bay of Tigullio; a bounteous, tasty breakfast; and perhaps most important, hands-on, fully engaged hotel owners and employees who really care for their guests' comfort and enjoyment of the many attractions of Rapallo and the Ligurian coast.
We loved our stay at Villa Gelsomino. From the gorgeous room and bathroom to the shared sea-view balcony, our 3-night stay felt like we were at a friend's home. The staff are phenomenal and helpful in every manner. A wonderful experience, and we will be going back!
My friends and I loved staying at Hotel Vesuvio. It's just a five minute walk to the train station to enjoy all of Cinque Terra and the ferry stop to go to Portofino and Santa Margarita was across the street. There are plenty of restaurants, some cool 11th century ruins, and a daily farmers market all within walking distance. We has a "family suite" with a balcony overlooking beautiful harbor. Best of all was the staff! They took care of us like family... We were there for a week. Daily...
Very friendly hosts, felt like a true bnb experience. I am very allergic to dogs tho (there are two on the property) and felt like I was always a little sneezy waking up in the morning.
We stayed at Hotel Stella for 4 nights in July while on our 30th Anniversary trip and had a wonderful experience. Our room was on the top floor attached to the upper patio/balcony with an amazing view of the ocean. Stephan, the owner, was extremely helpful. He gave us information about restaurants, how to get about town, and was a fantastic host. It is easy to access from the train station (easy 20 min walk), so a simple transfer from the airport in Genoa. Great rates, great value. Excellent...
Villa Anita was absolutely delightful. It was our favorite hotel during our five week trip. Crystel provided invaluable advice that helped us optimize our itinerary. She is a gem! Rosana from the kitchen staff is also amazing and so friendly! The decor is so tasteful and classy without being pretentious. The setting is so peaceful and scenic.
Laundry service was quite expensive, and our refrigerator did make noise at night until unplugged (they fixed it the next day), but overall I would give...
Great updated space. The only downside is the noise from people returning to their rooms late at night (you can hear people talking). Otherwise great place to stay and very helpful staff.
Impressed by an updated and specious room with a huge balcony and spectacular view. Clean overall, a bit tight shower, but other perks are worth it. Great pool and check out at 12pm is a plus too.
Amazing property smartly outfitted with an attention to detail that is rare! Staff is lovely and inviting. Felt as if I were visiting a wealthy eccentric friends villa in Italy!! Will be back for sure.
I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Continental even during the offseason! Our room had panoramic ocean views. The property was well-maintained, peaceful, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. While it was a quieter time of year, I actually appreciated the tranquility and had a great experience exploring the area without the usual crowds. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.
