"The room was clean. However, they did not provide any toiletries, no robes, no sandals nothing. It’s was just an empty bathroom. The shower gel was empty, no hairdryer. I called the reception desk to ask for a shower get and sandals, the lady told me we only provide it by request. 🤔 I believe these thing are the basic necessities. I mean a big name Hotel like Hilton. I ask if ther a sauna and steam room she told me no we don’t have it. That kind of threw me off. Our luggage weren’t even sent to our room until we asked several times. Overall, it was not a good experience for me and I wouldn’t be going back there. "
"This old hotel needs a complete renovation. Decent value for the price, but not anywhere near luxury. Balcony views are nice. Sauna and steam room are good. "
"The toilets flood when shower water come out. Sometimes, the toilet flush cannot stop. Air conditioning not cool enough even turn the temperature very low."
