"We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. "This resort was everything we hoped for, quiet, large comfortable and clean rooms with a lovely beachfront location. All the staff from gardeners and cleaners to reception and the lovely restaurant team were genuinely very friendly, helpful and efficient, anticipating our every need. "This place is in a nice location, restaurant is good, beach is nice, right by the peir (dosnt effect the swimming) Rent a scooter forsure to explore. The rooms were a littlw outdated as are most. Rooms were clean but the building is so old it didnt feel 5/5 clean. Possible mold in walls that gave off a moldy smell. Staff sprayed the rooms and then it was fine.. shower was okay. Could use some TLC. Water pressure below average. Pool
