"We loved our stay at Garto, it was by far our favourite resort on our travels. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The villas are large with a separate kitchen, very comfortable beds/seating area, large terrace and the most amazing, privacy screened, outdoor waterfall shower. They are also spotlessly clean with all amenities. The resort makes you feel like you are in nature with lots of greenery and a pool overlooking the sea. Breakfast was huge and cooked to order. "We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. This is one of the the nicest rooms / properties I have ever stayed. The night shift employee helped us get a motorbike after 9pm and the day shift lady...

"The hotel is situated in a nice and quiet area. It’s very cool with the Muay Thai gym next to it. Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s close to the beach and beachclubs. The restaurant options are good also for breakfast. There’s a supermarket right next door. 800 m on the left is one of the best beaches on Samui if you ask me. White powder sand, clear water and no waves most of the time. Quiet, very few people and good shade from the sun"
