The property was beautiful and the room staff was attentive
But the restaurant staff some of them were terrible. I felt like they treated us poorly because we were black even though we were very professional. Celebrating Birthdays and graduations. We spent lots of money there and every restaurant treated us like crap. This was an awsome little apartment. Felt really safe, amazing responsive body, great communication. We walked to seven seas, Kalizo, Costa Mia and a 3 minute ride to servers Biobay tours a large park and several more great dining options, all this and it was still very quiet. This hotel is brand new. Beautiful and clean with all the newest and best. Breakfast was so good. We ordered drinks at the bar, dinner as well and all were yummy! Pool is beautiful. Staff is amazing! Lots of parking but a little inconvenient having to remember to stamp your pass in order to get out of the parking lot, but at least there is parking!
The room and bed was comfortable, the staff was great. The shower was great, the balcony was an added bonus. Coffee and snacks in the morning was nice. The parking was very easy and convenient. The only thing I would say is that the pictures of the beach is a little misleading on the website. It is a rocky beach, no access in walkable distance that we could see. However there is a marvelous beach across from the Kiosks in Liquillo that I highly recommmend. I would stay here again for sure.
