Hotels in Bakkum

"Stayed in the family room which have 1 big bed and bunk beds. The room was right next to the train track as in if we opened the blinds, there was a train right next to us with people looking at us. Also for a few bug bites all over my body and I was staying in the big bed "

"Very handy to walk to Schipol airport. Bright and colourful decorations and high tech room allows you to change the colour in your room through the iPad in each room. Good things to know if you are used to North American hotels: Rooms are small and bed has walls on three sides, so either someone is blocked in at night, or both of you have to crawl out at the foot of the bed. There are only a few hangers to put clothes on, no drawers. Neither of these issues reduced our enjoyment of the property, and would definitely stay here again. "

"Rooms are too small. Beware of double bed as it is more a single that they describe double. "

"Ibis Budget is always clean, friendly, and convenient. The breakfast is always spot on as well, although the orange juice was pretty watery - unusual for Europe."

"Hotel right in the city centre. Easily walking distance from hotel. 5 mins or less from Amsterdam central. You can easily reach out to local attraction, red light area, cafes by walking. Down side was mattress was worst. We booked 2 twin rooms & in both was same issue."
