Hotels in Townhill

The staff were very accommodating, the front desk employees were exceptional. The experience from check in to check out, the location and food were all great. The only issue we had was getting back to the hotel on the days we were in the city. Uber doesn't go to that area as yet. But would definitely stay there again. City Hotel is part of the reason our first time in Scotland was so enjoyable.

clean, spacious and comfortable. amazing view of the iconic Forth bridges, which are also easily accessible

Great location great service. The airport shuttle is not everyday

When we arrived near the end of time the kitchen was open, they arranged for our bags to be brought to our room and brought us directly to a table in the bar so we got to order in time. The concierge ordered a taxi for our early morning departure the next day and was very helpful. Everyone we met was nice. The room was clean and had a nice shower. Wish we stayed here longer.

One of the best parts of my stay at Dean Park Hotel was the staff. Everyone I met was warm, patient, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed something, they were always willing to help. I extended my stay more than once, and the manager helped me keep the same room and the same rate, which made things much easier for me. One evening I had some food from outside that needed reheating. The restaurant staff explained that they needed to check with the manager first, which I...

This place is a Gem! Location is spectacular! I would suggest fans in the rooms and a volume/time limit for Djs as they have lots of weddings. Staff was amazing. Pub and kitchen wonderful. I travel often and I was beyond pleased with the value

Spotlessly clean room with an exceptionally large comfortable bed. The staff couldn't have done enough for us. The breakfast was very tasty and piping hot with a good choice of items. Excellent value for money. No complaints whatsoever.

Everything about this place is top class.

We had one night here in preparation for an early flight. It took us 12 minutes to walk from the hotel to the airport check in - though everyone kept overtaking us and I suspect most people took about 5 minutes. The staff at reception who booked is in and out were lovely and helpful. The girl who booked us in was very kind helping me with some issues with apps on my phone. The room was very clean and with all facilities that we required. Very comfortable bed. Fun quirky decorative features...

Ellie, the receptionist, was AMAZING. We arrived at the hotel exhausted and frustrated due to getting lost and other reasons not involving the hotel. I was not very nice when we arrived and irritated about not finding the parking lot. Lovey, kind, and helpful Ellie took care of us. She went above and beyond to comfort us and make us comfortable. She even exited the hotel and personally took me to the parking lot!!! God bless you Ellie for a wonderful stay.

Everything I could have hoped for and more. Perfect location, beautiful room, extra friendly staff, clean and quiet. LOVED our stay here.

Garden view with the patio double doors ❤️❤️

Check in was smooth. No lift but successful in lugging 30+kg. suitcase up & down 3 flights of stairs. Room was impeccably clean. Room safe was difficult to access due to its position on floor of closet and tendency to entrap tiny objects in door which forced me to call for help. Batteries were dead in safe but replaced after 1 day's wait. Shower and tub excellent. Wonderful array of amenities. Hotel has stopped supplying slippers. Miss them. Housekeeping excellent Breakfast is exceptionally...

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Wife was annoyed at lack of hairdryer.

Charming hotel, comfortable beds, and helpful staff. We only were there for one night, but I could tell it would be someplace I would stay again. Not far from the Haymarket station, which is super convenient. Staff were super helpful, too. Only downside is there is no lift, so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs.
