My stay was fantastic! Hotel was near the metro and delicious small restaurants. The breakfast and staff were great. The room was very clean. I would recommend this to anyone who is traveling alone.
Great location for Osaka. Many things are walkable and those that aren’t the train station is just a few minutes away. The hotel is great and rooms are good sized. The breakfast buffet is decent
We stayed for 3 nights. I would rate this hotel as PERFECT.
There are a few great things:
- Super quiet. I am extremely sensitive to noise, so big kudos to this.
- Great location. 4 min from Nagahoribashi station, and 8min from Shinsaibashi station. Walkable distance to Dontonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping area.
- Friendly and multi-lingual front desk.
- Clean and spacious room. It's an extremely big hotel room in Japan.
I will stay here again the next time visiting osaka.
We had a Standard Twin Room with 2 Large Twin Beds. The room had an extra living space with a couch and a chair, and was very spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The Hot Springs on the 14th floor were a bonus. This was included in the room price. The massage chairs on the 14th floor were an additional bonus.
The hotel was within walking distance of the train station and the pharmacy..
I just wish that there were some couches and chairs in the lobby to sit...
Good location, upkeep of property is great. The room is clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast spread is generous and delicious. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome.
So this hotel was the third hotel my friend and I stayed at while in Japan. It was very close to the station and had very easy access to a grocery store, convenience store, pharmacy, and shopping.
I gave the staff 4 stars only because they spoke less English than all the other hotels we had stayed at, but with Google translate it was not an issue at all.
The hotel provided great little extras, breakfast, and coffee as well as tea. I highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Osaka.
In short it was perfect. Station right next door with none of the noise or heavy foot traffic and walking distance to many choices. And of course. Family mart next door was amazing. Great hotel! would definitely stay again.
The hotel was perfect for our needs. We had 3 beds in our room for our family. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was very good. Location was also great. One street over from a covered street with all kinds of restaurants and shops
