LOVED OUR STAY HERE! Very clean, neat, & the staff was absolutely fantastic!! Food was great! Oh the saunas were so so so relaxing. The only reason I checked off the area outside of the property being unsafe is that Ecuador was under marshall law so we did not feel safe outside the hotel. BUT WE FELT TOTALLY SAFE & COMFORTABLE INSIDE!!! Did I mention how friendly the staff were!!!!! Cannot wait to came back!

Hotel Finlandia has great staff that speak English and Spanish. The rooms offer ample space with adequate closet space. The bathroom was nicely appointed with a large shower and a small countertop. The Hotel has good security and the elevators only open at your floor (activated by the room key). The bed and pillows were a bit more firm than I am used to, but certainly comfortable enough. We checked in extremely late due to our international flight and a simple email to the hotel was responded with assurances our room would be waiting, and it was.
