"Hotel, and Room very clean and well maintained. The food was okay, few times our food was either missing items or were not at a good temperature. Also the restaurant in the lobby named Caicu was too expensive, and food did not meet the price tag. The pool was clean, and enjoy that option of having 3 pool options to choose from."

The hotel staff all but 1 person we experience at check in was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful with helping find locations off the property. I love the way housekeeping set the mood for evening stay and relaxation in the room."

"Beautiful lobby, lovely pool area, Really nice hotel rooms and hallways are ok however looks like they could use some upgrading, WATCH OUT! RESORT FEES... about additional $110 bucks a day.. Stay plus resort fees = higher end hotel... El San Juan Hotel is short of that,,, very nice, nice stay overall but certainly not on the higher end.."
