Hotel Rumbao, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
"It was a wonderful room that was very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful to let us know they can hold on to our bags and breakfast we paid for but it was delicious"
The Royal Sonesta San Juan
"The hotel was by far the most beautiful out of all that we saw along the beach. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The pool looked like you were at an all-inclusive resort and the guy on the website at the swim-up bar, well he was the guy that waited on you when you got there and not just some random person off the internet. We loved all of the species on the property. There were pigeons, exotic birds, iguanas, beautiful shrubs and the most beautiful Bird of Paradise flowers that I've ever seen. The best food we had was by the beach in the evening off of the dinner menu of the Ocean Breeze restaurant. We asked to sit by the beach and you were literally right next to the beach. Our plane got there in the evening so we were eating about 8 and you could hear the waves crashing and just feel the cool breeze and smell the ocean. Great for the soul! There were crabs that walked right up to the dining area unless you're eating at a table on the beach and then you were sitting with them. The calamari were huge and fresh nothing like you get usually. The shrimp were delicious and they had a seared tuna that was to die for. They also have a spa on the premises and it was delightful. Though we only went for a few days it was by far one of the best trips we've ever had. We highly recommend it. <3"
