The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and family friendly! My family and I had a blast. After a long day of beach, family and fun we would all come back to the property swim and call it a night. It was perfect!

I was not sure about the area of the hotel at first, but the people were so nice , the area was also nice and we were able to walk to most places we needed to walk to , I loved the fact that I could go across the street for food. Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.

Rosalina Ocean Park is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The pools are pristine blue, the property is immaculately kept and the entire staff is so kind and helpful.
And you can shop, grab coffee, eat, and hit the beach within a 5-10 minute walk.

The property inside is very nice and elegant. Didn't like that have to pay 25 dollars per night for parking when im paying to stay in here. Other wise everyone is amazing. And i appreciate them.
Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)

The place is very cute. I felt safe in the area. The rooms were clean. Comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you need. The lady in charge is available when you contact her and the ladies that work to clean the building clean are very sweet and keep the place clean. I really enjoyed staying here and will do it again the next time I travel to PR. I highly recommend this place.
People at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The property itself is great with great location. Amazing atmosphere and spacious and the rooms are nice. The staff at the restaurant was not smiling and not really friendly. The only person who was nice and accommodating was the manager. The rest of the servers were just food delivers.
