Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good location for our trip (few minutes walk to the train station), we walked to Marienplatz, other attractions and restaurants.
The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The front staff was so friendly the day of arrival and she was extremely helpful. The cleaning crew needs recognition for sure!
The staff is super friendly, the rooms are great and it was something great to me that the tv of your room had your name in the welcome message. The only thing that they need to improve is the breakfast, it'd be great if the buffet had more variety
Went for octoberfest and it was a perfect location easy to get to from the train station and was the opposite direction of all the crowds I would definitely stay here for octoberfest again! Only draw back was the breakfast was 18 euros and not worth it .
The property had great staff and was only a few blocks away from the main station. Very convenient to travel to and from. Breakfast in the morning is great and had all the amenities you will need for a few nights stay. The hotel was well maintained and clean. Overall, very nice

We booked a room level above the standard room and have stayed at Fleming’s for about 15 years. The room is large, clean and comfortable with euro style beds and bedding. The room we get has waist to ceiling windows on two sides with a view of the main train station. It has air conditioning, which can be a challenge to find in Germany, but useful if it is warm because you can sleep with the windows closed and not be interrupted by city street noise. Though we were one of the first customers to stay in this new hotel, this hotel was amazing. It was clean, it was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. There were some areas where they were still putting on the finishing touches, but those areas did not detract from the stay.
The hotel room was small but very comfortable. Street noise was easily eliminated by closing the window. It requires public transportation or taxi from the Hauptbahnhof (central train station), but the neighborhood was decent. Public transportation in Munich is easy and reasonable and I recommend using it to get to sites such as the fussgangenplatz (pedestrian only shopping and tourist area), and Lindenhof Schloss.
Great experience with amenities as indicated by others. Big plus for us was the bed. Thicker foam pad than most Eurobeds. Very good sleeping conditions. Only minor negative was the room was too small for a chair. Perhaps a fold down seat would fit instead of sitting on the laundry box. Housekeeping- spotless
We picked this hotel because it was conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of Marienplatz and numerous other sights. While the surrounding area is a bit sketchy because of its proximity to the station, the hotel itself was really nice. An inviting lobby to have a cocktail, a great breakfast bar (not included) and a friendly staff that was more than willing to be helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
