"Nos gusto muchisimo el hotel , es muy tranquilo, limpio, con alberca y jacuzzi muy limpias tiene buena vista desde la terraza hacia el muelle, muralla y las distintas ciudades ; cuentan con personal muy amable desde que llegas , siempre al pendiente de lo que requeriamos , muy buena actitud, te dan tips para llegar a puntos de turismo, la ubicacion esta a 2 cuadras de la iglesia de la trinidad corazon de getsamani, caminando todo esta muy cerca . Es un excelente opcion para hospedarse...

I also waiting refunds from the trip due to these issues. But other than that, the property is really beautiful and the staff, wonderful!"
