This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in EVER! I’m usually a resort or really fancy hotel type of girl so when I booked this I was a little on edge. I travel every 2 months to Medellin. This hotel was great centrally located to everything nightlife. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Night security was great always looking out for our safety. Breakfast and roof top bar was good quality and great views. Room was clean and comfortable with every creature comfort one can ask for in a hotel. No complaints and will definitely stay here again.

Loved everyone was an amazing experience , only negative take away is the fact that even if you rent the penthouse they have a strict 2 person max at any time inside the room . However they have a living room with sofa and 2 chairs and a dining table with 5 chairs. Jmmm makes you wonder. Extremely clean and secure! One of the best rooftop bar in the area with an amazing DJ playing very good house music!! And the restaurant Amena is beyond excellent with a beautiful modern decor! Both can be visited without staying in the hotel too.
I would like to thank the Heiss Staff who were very helpful before my arrival and during my stay. I would really like to point out to other guests that may be considering staying at the Heiss that they will allow you one guest/visitor per day, which I think is very important to know when making your hotel selections.
The location of the property is in a well organized neighborhood, right in front of a good shopping mall. Very nice location.
It is a hotel in the middle of the city and traffic noice is something that can not be avoided. But I would stay there again.
