"Nice hotel with very nice staff. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean. Having a restaurant that is open most of the day was helpful since we were killing time waiting on a late flight."
"Room was cleaned everyday by the cleaning staff who were super friendly, check in and out was really easy and staff at the desk are always willing to help you with any questions"
"We stayed at three different hotels during our stay in Portugal and this was by far the best one. Bars and restaurants on the property are fantastic. Staff was super nice and helpful."
"Good reception staff. The hotel. Is well maintained, the room was large, clean and comfortable. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee. Breakfast was fine with lots of choices. The person looking after the breakfast room had a bit of a language barrier causing confusion (we gave our room number 3 times before she got our correct names) Don't ask for small spoons......we couldn't get any!"
"This is the best location for a hotel in Lisbon I think. You're next to so much food, souvenirs, and it's quiet at night. We got the two twin room and it was enough space for me and my mom. The only thing is occasionally there's a strong smell of bleach or plumbing, but otherwise I would stay here again."

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! And the restaurant had incredible food and service. Overall, this place is lacking in nothing. I plan to return again some day.
I love this place the stuff is awesome everyone is great all of the workers at the breakfast are so sweet and Nuno from the pool bar there's no words how sweet he is.
This is a wonderful, well presented property. Mix or modern with nature. Top class service, staff and amenities. A truly relaxing and pleasant experience!
Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. After checking in we were given a tour of the hotel which was beautiful and breathtaking (the photos online do not do this hotel justice). After spending the day in our beautiful hotel room we went to the front desk and asked if there was anywhere good around...
Accommodations were excellent---a must stay upon return. Staff patient, knowledgable, inviting, and caring (especially "Diego").
OUTSTANDING breakfast.
GREAT location.
Close to waterways for landmarks, walks, photos, restraunts.
Indoor pool and steam room unique---great place to end your day.
It was a fantastic hotel. The location can't be better and the hotel staffs were very helpful and polite. We could walk around the old Alfama area. We also got tips form the hotel reception. We had a early check out and the hotel staffs arranged breakfast box for us. Would certainly recommend this hotel for everyone.
Wonderful place! The ming size bed was nice and to US standards. The location is great. And most importanly the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating!
Staying in a Tagus Marina house boat was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The house boat was nice clean with comfortable beds the only critique would be that the living room could have had more comfortable seating options after a long day of exploring Lisbon. The location is great with a variety of restaurants, bars and the Lisbon Aquarium close by. The Lisboa Oriente station is within walking distance with access by train, bus or Metro to anywhere you would want...
We absolutely loved the vibe and location. The hotel room was my favorite of our trip around Europe and the staff went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend and cannot wait to go back one day!
We stayed for 2 days after our cruise. We arrive early. Front desk was welcoming and offered us an available room. We declined and said we’d wait for our reserved room on the upper floor. We toured Lisbon and returned to Lumen in the mid afternoon.
Here’s when the service was exceptional. Front desk was friendly; offered us breakfast at 10 euros and a 30% restaurant discount. The bell boy took our luggage up, explained the various room switches, offered to get us extra coffee/tea/water.

One of our most amazing experiences ever! This quaint new hotel checked all of the boxes. Clean, modern, amazing staff and perfect location, It is close to the airport and the center of town. We enjoyed several activities super close to the hotel. The staff made me feel so special they gave me a bottle of champagne and their native pastel de Nata for my birthday. Carlotta, Mariana, Arlinda, Jessica, Ines, Jo’s are some of the best we have encountered on our many journeys. By the way Ubers are...
The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was first class. Very polite and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon.
