8/10 Good

"Double Tree is quite good but I have been here when it was the Sonaisali Island Resort many years ago and it was beautiful back then. It is looking a bit tired these days Good value for money but it is quite a way out from Denerau etc so expect to be paying for taxis or transfers if you want to do bost trips etc Overall pretty good but certainly not "high end" like you would expect from a Hilton Many guests were complaining while we were there about the food I thought the food was ok but again not high end The pool area looks bliss in photos but having a volleyball net through the middle and kids floaties everywhere is not good when your a couple trying to relax"

"I stayed in a unit with my daughter and 10 month old granddaughter. I could not give enough praise to the staff across the complex. Nothing was too hard. Their positive attitude was outstanding. The nanny service gave us some much needed R&R and Kids Club was ideal for a young pre walking baby. The breakfast was substantial with a wide selection of dishes. Three restaurants and the deli were outstanding. The pools were clean and uncrowned. The adult area and pool offered peace and quiet - overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend this resort."

"It was an average stay, the pool was out of use during my stay without any prior communication which was a disappointment.. There was a musty nd damp mell in my room on the fourth floor. The linens and towels were clean but the room felt very tired. The gym didn’t have towels our spray to wipe clean although there were sign up to are they were available. The equipment ws old and tired. It was ok for somewhere to lay your head and I wished I had booked 1 night not 2. Not really value for money compared yo other hotels."
