Hotel was excellent. The staff was very accommodating, specially the front desk and the spa. Tien at spa helped us the best treatment.

Awesome breakfast, great location, and Mr. Phong and Jenny in the spa have the best hospitality! I’m very pleased to have chosen the Mai House Saigon Hotel!

Big beautiful pool to hang out after a day out . Close to the airport and about a 25 min ride to the touristy things , but the taxis using grab are very reasonable.The staff were so kind and helpful . One staff member went above and beyond . Thank you Tri for for all the recommendations about where to go in the city and help with Grab app etc .

Honestly easy to find it’s in an alley way but not to hard to find the place! I would definitely come back the staff were so nice and amazing!! Also loved the fact we were able to get laundry service done for free too!

Next to the Saigon Central mall, and a few blocks from Ben Thanh market - the biggest array of shops in the city. Our only complaint was that there was no power plug in the bathroom. Strange.

At the rooftop bar. We ordered two cocktails: jack daniel with coke. The final bills shows two jack Daniel and two cokes. First, nobody changes cocktails separately with whiskey and coke, second, we never have those two cokes if you charged us. Please do business with normal sense. Thanks

Friendly helpful staff and wonderful updated room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was perfect. Would recommend for anyone coming to Saigon!!

This hotel was great! Rooms are small but clean and efficient. The lobby and breakfast were great!! The best part is the 24 hr check in/out! If you check in at 4:30 then you check out at 4:30! I had a late flight so this was great!!

Very central location across from a park and 10-15 minute walking distance to most historical landmarks and central market. The room is spacious and reception staff is friendly and helpful. Only 2 minute walk to the Walking Street! Tons of restaurants and coffee shops and tour operators and money exchange offices around hotel area.
