All the staff was so nice and warm.

Big beautiful pool to hang out after a day out . Close to the airport and about a 25 min ride to the touristy things , but the taxis using grab are very reasonable. The staff were so kind and helpful . One staff member went above and beyond . Thank you Tri for for all the recommendations about where to go in the city and help with Grab app etc .

Nice and clean

It was as if the apartment understood the pace we needed—and offered it to us without question.

The staff and service were awesome. Transfer to and from the airport made this overnight stay such a breeze. And the breakfast was excellent and included as well. The only thing not first rate was the bathroom configuration - there was about 6 inches from the toilet seat to the tub so you basically had to sit sideways to use the facilities. Actually it was kinda funny so we didn’t mind. Larger folks might not find it humorous though.

This was the best hotel experience I've had in recent memory. The staff made my stay the calmest and most comfortable part of my hectic business trip. I never had the chance to enjoy all the amenities, but I appreciated the free self-service laundry. The location is also great, convenient walk to many historical and touristy parts of Ho Chi Minh City. I will be returning here upon my next trip for sure.

I have stayed at this hotel two times now. I like it very much and my plan is to continue staying there each time I visit HCMC. The people are friendly and helpful, the food is good the location is good and the facility is very clean and comfortable.

Professional staff. Free shuttle service is very convenient. Over all experience is excellent.

Hotel Vela in Saigon was amazing excellent hotel very clean very beautiful and clean , excellent staff ,we came in late and the hotel greatly accommodated us

The hotel is brand new. Rooms were large and clean, service was great (they even gave us small gifts as we left), and the included breakfast was very nice. The location was also very central and it was easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again next time in Saigon.

I always stay at this property every time I am in town! Centrally located amd the staff is incredible!

I highly recommend this Hotel .. I am stay here every time come to VN

Easy 1-night stay at airport before our flight the next morning. Clean room, professional staff, would stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff are very kind

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but the service I received at this hotel inspired me to make the time. The location, customer service, cleanliness, dining options, walk ability, and everything else was great. However, what really shows how much they are willing to go above and beyond happened after I checked out. They offered us free coffee in to go cups for our trip to the hotel along with a nice food gift. But once I got to the airport, I received a WhatsApp message and...

The only thing I didn't like is the clean staff left the open water bottle for the next guests to use.
