It was a great location, the room was fabulous... although no shampoo/confitioner... only one liquid soap in restroom. The staff was over and above helpful! Will definitely stay there again next time.
The staff at this hotel were great! I don’t speak Spanish very well, but the women made sure that I was both safe and comfortable. I would definitely book this location again.
The hotel is right on the beach. Clean, comfortable room. Andy is a great host. Good restaurant right next door. I felt safe. I will definitely stay at Casa Hotel Nurandy again in the future.
It was clean. It is like a tiki hut. No wifi, no tv. Updated bathroom. They had a nice private plunge pool. They came and took dinner order. It took awhile to get dinner, but they are walking up mountain. It is not for anyone who can't do a lot of stairs. I would have liked a blanket on the bed and hot water. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy nature and the person they are with.
Room was nice and comfortable the only thing i didn't like is there is no microwave mini fridge or ice machine. And the last time i stayed here in 2024 i could have as many guest as i wanted 1 at a time of course with no extra charge. This time i had to pay the same amount as the room for one night for a guest. Other than that the place is in the perfect location
Very helpful staff. Restaurant recommendations were outstanding. The hotel was close enough to walk to the cruise terminal with suitcases, so that was convenient. Spacious and clean room.
Loved it. Amazing hospitality. Located in a residential section it took me 15 minutes to walk to El Centro. I’m a solo traveler so this was well suited to me. The property is clean and the staff could not have been more lovely. I will definitely be back.
