Room was nicely decorated. Staff was friendly. Nice view out back of room into the woods. We had a 7:00 am tour so we couldn’t utilize regular breakfast. They made us a sandwich, fruit, and juice which was appreciated, but if all that was done, they could have just as easily fed us normal breakfast a little early. Also, a little difficult to check out and still be able to access your car when you return. Overall, enjoyed it!

A beautiful space, well suited for our family of 4 with 2 teens. Multiple outdoor areas to enjoy. We spotted many birds from the outdoor area including white throated parrots and keel billed toucans. Even if it's raining there is a screened patio room and covered porch. This is a beautiful area and a lovely place to stay.

super cute cabins in the middle of the cloud forest! I loved staying here. it was very windy making it a bit scary, but I put the mat under the door to make the door not jiggle and I was fast asleep. we had number 15 and it was perfect. it was a king bedroom suite, living room, kitchen and huge bathroom! I will absolutely recommend to everyone i know going to Costa Rica! #puravida

This is a wonderful place to relax. Provides peace and privacy. No elevators. Try to use a wheeled luggage as the way to the rooms is ways up from the lobby. Also, it would be nice to have a USB charger on the night table. Restaurant serves excellent food.

The staff were exceptional. They really made our stay very memorable. They helped us with booking activities including the ziplining and the night tour. They made a very good breakfast and were helpful in providing good information regarding souvenirs and local eateries.

Great location and very near to the cloud forest. Lot of activities nearby - the only major problem being roads. The roads are dirt roads and lot of stones, potholes, dust, and lot of discomfort while driving. Anyone with back pain or other similar issues should avoid this travel.

This property is fantastic. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. They surprised my husband with a birthday cake made of towels and fresh flowers left in our room. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

We were last week in Rancho Margot and we were amaze how beautiful is the scenic around the cabanas. Everything was perfect, people were very helpful always try to please you and find the best solution for you. This place is great There is nature all around. I very much enjoyed swinging in the hammock looking at nature. It is about a 30 minute walk to City center, but there are a few restaurants within 10 minutes. This place is amazing! I originally chose Arenal Oasis as it is very environmentally concious lodging, but I had no idea it would was going to be so amazing!! We arrived late due to our flight being delayed so I called ahead to let the office know and they said no problem. The night guard would let us in. Accommodations were simple, however the owner was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The grounds were lovely and peaceful. We had a view of the volcano from our cabin door. The pool was small but clean and beautifully set in the gardens. We expected a sparse continental breakfast and were surprised by the very nice breakfasts we received. We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to get away from the hustle of the crowds at a good price.

Went here for our honeymoon after getting married on the beach. This provided the perfect intimate, secluded, and romantic setting we both have ever experienced. The staff at the desk speaks very good English. They were very helpful every time we had questions about where to go. We had a great chocolate tour and a nice nocturnal animals tour. We enjoyed staying there. It felt very safe, clean, and comfortable.

We went to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we had an incredibly good time. The service at the restaurant was very nice and the cleaning service was perfect (Selena was very helpful, great job). We recommend this wonderful place.
