5 Star Hotels in Nabq

This was my second visit to this resort and I was not disappointed. The grounds are green and well maintained, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even prior to my arrival I contacted the resort and they were able to accommodate all my needs and address my questions. Our stay was really amazing. The staff were extremely friendly especially the staff at the reception who were very helpful during check in and late check out, the guy responsible for the towels on the beach, and Mohamed in the Italian restaurant. Jaz Mirabel beach is a beautiful hotel and for us the quiet location in Nabq Bay was perfect. The facilities are good and the gardens are beautifully maintained. Everything was ok except my check in process was horrible and it took me more than 40 minutes. This was brought to you on the time with the whole details yet no action has been taken and no feedback has been received. I am so disappointed that Expedia treated her loyal client in such way.

Great 9 days stay at Charmillion Club Resort. The staff are really going above and beyond to please the guests. Good dining options, the Japanese restaurant is a must but gets booked up very early. Thanks for the fantastic stay
