"Here’s a polished review you can use:
The hotel was fantastic! Everything was spotless and extremely well maintained. The staff were amazing, friendly, and always ready to help. In fact, they often approached guests to ask if anything was needed before you even had to ask. The pools were very clean and enjoyable, which made the stay even more relaxing.
The only downside was the buffet food. The variety was somewhat limited, and the taste was not the best compared to other hotels I’ve visited. However, this was a minor issue compared to all the positives.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future."
"I had a very good experience overall, especially considering the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Mr. Radah, who went above and beyond to resolve a misunderstanding with my booking and helped me get the room I wanted.
The food was excellent, both in quality and portion size. The hotel’s design is beautiful, and the green spaces are well-maintained and pleasant to look at. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable.
We did have an issue with mosquitoes, but Mr. Radah promptly provided mosquito repellent spray, which completely solved the problem.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for its value for money, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations."
Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm – Adults Only 16 plus
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was ok except my check in process was horrible and it took me more than 40 minutes. This was brought to you on the time with the whole details yet no action has been taken and no feedback has been received. I am so disappointed that Expedia treated her loyal client in such way."
"I had an overall very enjoyable stay at this hotel. What really stood out was the staff – everyone puts in a lot of effort and is consistently friendly and welcoming. There were a few misunderstandings during check-in at the beginning, but the team did everything they could to make up for it, which I really appreciated.
The food was also a big plus. The buffet offers a huge variety, and you can tell they make an effort to bring in a bit of variation every day.
We stayed in a swim-up room, which was definitely a highlight. Having direct access to a small private pool right in front of the room was amazing. The beach is also great – perfect for swimming and even snorkeling. They really take care about the garden its absolutely beautiful!
The only downside was the situation with the sunbeds. If you go to the beach around 11 a.m., it can be quite difficult to find a spot. Many guests reserve their sunbeds early in the morning, and overall there don’t seem to be enough loungers and umbrellas.
That said, the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. It’s not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but for what you pay and what you get, it’s definitely good value for money."
"The resort provides excellent services including f&b, entertainment, activities, tours, cleaning, and many others.
A couple of items, however, I would like to mgmt attention.
At two different occasions, I noticed the head chef speaking in an abusive and demeaning manners to the staff. One time he called them “are you stupid” where to my surprise the staff kept silent. This is indicative of poor leadership. At another occasion, the head chef was speaking loudly to the staff. Hope action is taken to mitigate this observation.
One other thing I want to bring to the attention of mgmt was the dancer’s behavior on Sunday night, 26 April. The dancer was more interested in collecting tips than entertaining. She had a baby put his hand on her breast which I thought was repugnant and is not befitting of a family environment.
I want to commend the waiters, life guards, housekeepers, dining facility service staff.
I would recommend this facility to those who are seeking relaxing time and fun.
