"Rooms and hotel were spotless. The gardens were exceptional. Loved everything - best food was at Amourie the Lebanese restaurant, for us. Hated the surrounding area outside the hotel - grubby, seedy and felt cheap. Golf buggy rides around the hotel and up the pier were such fun. Ride up the pier to go to the free snorkelling ng was fun too. "

"I had a very good stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh. The resort and its location are excellent, and it’s very close to the airport. Pre-booking a transfer is not really necessary — taxis are easily available on IDrive and very cheap. I paid around £3 from the airport to the resort, which is very reasonable. "Room was clean, got cleaned every day and housekeeping staff are friendly. Some of the sales reps are a bit pushy and can be a mood changer, I enjoyed evening entertainment. Animation team is good but playlists keep repeating same songs every day. Food was very nice, fresh and a wide variety. "

"Everything was good the general manger director was the best mr. Sameh who was going around all the time to grantee the best service. The only bad thing that the staff working in the reception were unkind and no understanding and don’t believe what you say to them, we didn’t have lunch the day that we make the check in så we suppose to have the last day but they said no, first time I see something like that."

"Our first-floor room was lovely, with a grand view of the garden. The staff are wonderful everywhere you go, friendly and accommodating. The food is only OK. While they do have a large variety in themain dining room, it is mostly buffet style, and lack-luster. The is a lovely resort and I would probably like to stay again. However, it is getting a little older and I'm sure some of the new resorts are nicer. The price was great for all-inclusive. The Red Sea Beach was pretty amazing!"
