"Check in people need to get additional training on customer service. They were below average in terms of handling customers questions and concerns and they lacked the welcoming attitude. Beach is mediocre. Nothing special at all. Food is good. Pools are great. I wish I could say I’d go back. But that experience I had when I checked out and my family were standing waiting for our ride and no one even asked if we need help or offered to help carrying our bags left an extremely bad taste.
